Mint Chocolate Chip Cone

I told you I'd be back...using mint and chocolate brown. This will be my last entry for The Minty Fresh Challenge at Moxie Fab World. I don't think I've ever been so inspired by a color.

I had dreams about mint chocolate chip ice cream with sprinkles and a cherry on top. I added the pink oval for contrast, embossed the base and used a screw punch to add holes so the brown would show through, resembling chocolate chips. Yummy! Can you see it dripping? Sweet memories, because it's been years since I've indulged in this creamy delight.

I made a few more white embossed cards for two friends with birthdays this month. I tried different lighting - hoping to have them show up better, but that's not the case. I had a light above and in front of the card but I'm missing something. Photography skills! The one in the back at least shows the color accurately.

  1. Don't worry about your photography skills! I have a professional friend who did my wedding many years ago and he was clear that these pastels close to white are difficult even for the professionals! Your cards are so lovely that we can see right through the lighting challenges to the lovely design. Your ice cream card is cute too!
