Making Card Candy & WOYWW 217

Some days I just like to play with my dies, it's a great way to use scraps.  I'm planning on offering a prize package (....after I have 100 followers ) of hand made embellishments for a random winner. What would you like to win?

Here I used double cuts - using recycled backing gives dimension and strength to these delicate die cuts. P.S. using foam sheets after running it through the Xyron is great for easy application.

I used a dot or two of Aleen's Tak-it over & over glue on the back of these die cuts and left it to dry before attaching it to the acetate. I think I will make up a couple of packages.

This was fun and productive, now I'm wondering about packaging....does it need to be pretty like the store bought things we buy?

That's all for now...I'm going snooping. Do you want to join in on the fun...check it out here:
Be well~ Carole

  3. Thanks for visiting my desk already! WOW, you have been very productive! I think simple clear bags would be fine. All your effort should go into the product, not wasted on the packaging that gets thrown away... #85

  7. Wow! What a lovely sight! You have been busy! A clever idea to package some - I would say keep it simple but make sure they can't be bent in the package by adding some card. Thanks for visiting, Chris46
