Greetings and apologies for my absence.

I've been busy working on the Woman's Club of Royersford's 100th Anniversary Celebration. So many ideas, plans and meetings, and it seems most of our board members are celebrating birthdays this month. Which means lunching at various restaurants  and Tea Rooms...super fun but biting the budget and occupying all my time.

I made this card and envelope for Lorraine (Raine) our Second Vice President...who is extremely valuable at organizing and entertaining.

The scalloped negative oval is popped up over a sparkly white glittered base...it reminds me of an Easter egg. I cut "Raine" using my cricut and SCAL software, then glued it to an acetate strip that floats above the raised oval. Lightweight scrapbook paper was used to make the dimensional envelope. So pretty.

That's all for now...tomorrow we'll be making floral arrangements and and decorating the room at the Country Club. I hope to take a few photos to share so do stop back and read all about it. Till then be well. Carole
