Before and After Tags

I added some tiny gears, ( from a broken watch I took apart) a glittered arrow strip
and the dog tags...before completing this tag with the black cords.
It's the little details that delight me.

Here you can see I added the butterfly...a whisper of  steam...I used chalk...and the golden OM. Then on the back pocket...I added the little tea pot.

I saw this waitress in an ad for a local hamburger joint and I thought it would make a good gift tag for a favorite waitress. I started by adhering it to card stock for added strength...then I fussy cut it and attached it to the tag.
3 red pendants as pockets for tips add balance and color. Cute little $$$ stickers and a red bow complete this gift tag.

I knew this tag needed something else...and sometimes when I start blogging them a new idea occurs to me. I'm sure you can spot the improvements on this tag.

What do you think? Are they improved? Up next is an incomplete tag...waiting for the finishing touch.

I like the texture and the bubbles...love the color...but it needs something else...a ribbon for sure ...a sentiment perhaps...good clean fun? I'd appreciate your input...any ideas?

I love these little collages I think they can express a feeling even without a sentiment.

Take care my friends and enjoy your craft time. Thanks for visiting...leave a comment and I'll return the favor.
Be well ~ Carole
