Mother's Day Cards... ETC.

I love the bold stripes in black and white...add some sparkle and shine with gold foil trim and we have a pocketbook sale for Mother's Day.

I used brocade tissue paper for the base of this card. I created the bouquet using Cala Lillies , a fancy flourish, some netting and twine. Mounted on an embossed oval ...backed with a black glitter scalloped oval  finished with a label banner ribbon. Black suede circles mounted with gems and a miniature cameo completes this vintage elegant Mother's Day Card.

I started this center piece with a crocheted doily. I used a patch of fabric stiffened with fabric stiffener then die cut several layers of flowers. I used many layers of flourishes and netting edged with glitter to create this brooch style center piece.

I used a new embossing folder by Darice featuring swirls and butterflies. Die cut flourishes and butterflies in vellum dotted with glitter glue create this mystical design in blue. Up next features  cherry blossoms and bird houses layered on wood embellished kraft card stock.

This red dress with flourishes and sequins, ruffles and rose creates a magical dream card shouting "Happy" anything. Let's dance and celebrate.

Finishing this post with a masculine card featuring a fisherman boating into the sunset. Happy Trails....

Signing off with wished of joy and creativity....Craft on! ~ Carole
