My Cutest Stepcard Ever

So what do you think? Is this cute ...or what???

I'm going to enter this in the Moxie Fab World card challenge #7 Use 10 different embellishments.

I will only buy the cute little packaged stickers when they are on sale for $1.00 or less. How about you? Do you spurge on those amazing theme collections?  I will often try to replicate the elements using SCAL and my cricut, so a one time purchase reproduces new elements. It also helps me with sizing. I'm never sure what size to cut that will coordinate all the elements.

The fisherman is a Lil Peeps file from SVGCuts. I dressed him with the rocker guys vest and boots, the hat is from a sticker collection...perfect fit...shading his eyes. I used water color paper for all the elements used to create this fisher dude. The only copic markers I own are the flesh colors and blender. I pride myself on self control...well........at least in some areas............mostly concerning over spending. The government could learn from me. I used a stylus to dry emboss the eyes, nose and mouth, it's very subtle but it works.

The little tow along camper is cut smaller to fit on this step card. Why is it smaller is cuter? Do you see the wide mouth bass? That's a pull out card to add your personal greeting.

I had sooooo much fun making this, it reminds me of being a young girl playing with paper dolls. I used masculine papers, one with a map design. Adding the scalloped lattice strip edge reminds me of a store front awning. The cork backed sentiment could advertise "live bait"

I'm sure I will have to make another card just like this... before I can give it to anyone. I just love it. Extra postage included. Tell me...does this inspire you? Do you agree that it is my cutest step card ever?

Thanks for visiting. Leave a comment and I will return the favor.

Be well and craft on! ! Carole
