Moxie Fab World: Challenge # 60

Moxie Fab World: Challenge # 60 Make a Card with a Window

Are you inspired by pictures in catalogs. I will often cut out items or pictures that motivate me to make a card. A beautiful print on quality paper begs to be recycled ... so I used this one with a verse: " You and I" by:  Bonnie Mohr.  The twisted branches in the picture are softened by a swirling flourish and floral spray, edging the acetate covered oval. I'm pleased. So easy.

"You and I were meant to be
We've worked, and danced, and played
We've grown together. You are my best friend
Your dreams are mine, and mine yours
If I could do it over again
I'd do it the same
The HIS and the HERS
have become Ours
Two but really one.
I love you,
Forever"
~ Bonnie Mohr

Thanks for your time and interest. Inspire me....leave a comment:)  I'll come see what you are up to.
Be well and Craft On! ~ Carole

  2. Carole, this is so beautiful. It is something to be framed!! I haven't made cards from magazine pictures for a while (a couple of years ago, my meds made my vision blurry reading print so I stopped my mags), but I used to do it quite often. This one, with the added dimension, the inset oval, and the embossing make it truly a work of art. Frame it!!
