MoJo Monday 262

MoJo Monday Sketch designed by: Teresa Kline

I love playing along with MoJo Monday yet it remains a difficult challenge for me. So many elements it's hard to decide on the papers to use. I continue to play along hoping to win any one of the beautiful Verve stamps I see featured.

I always enjoy working with Lost & Found 6 X 6 Designer Paper Pads. Coordinating double sided papers all work so well together. I did spend way to much time auditioning different cuts, and this is the finished results. What I like about it is the lovely rose print on the black and white striped base layer.

On a more personal note:

I'm still resisting making a sign for the Craft Fair in November, but I am working on completing some cards. Sympathy cards are especially difficult but necessary to have available, and I love the technique I used on this one. Emboss resist is fun and simple with dramatic results.

Today we will be celebrating my husband's birthday by joining our daughter and SIL for dinner at "Seasons 52" . We are really looking forward to seeing them and enjoying the gourmet food and fine service. How fun...I get treated too!

Sgt. Wm. Sweeney a former Marine, is 21 with 45 years experience. He's a fine looking man with excellent posture and strong self discipline. He's admired by many and respected by all lucky enough to know him. I love this man.

Be well ~ Carole

  3. Sometimes it's like stopping for real by when I see what you've created. Today I especially loved your commentary on your husband - the part about being 21+ those years of experience. XXXOOO
