CAS-ual Fridays take two

CAS-ual Fridays

Lime, aqua and navy are the colors for this challenge. I've got scraps and pieces of  all the colors - a great sketch - so I'm putting it all together. The sketch is from "Less is More"  See my previous post here. The design is the same the colors make it uniquely different. How fun.

The next card is just using up scraps and playing with the colors. I never knew but I'm loving lime green. It really pops next to the navy. Simple 2 little die cuts and a pair of flip flops. I think I'll add "bare footin'" as a sentiment.

After I post a card for a challenge I try and visit as many of the blogs as I can and leave comments. It allows me to see whats going on and to find new challenges. I especially like the ones that you don't have to use a specific manufacturers stamps.

Being retired on a limited income inhibits my ability to make unnecessary  purchases. I have plenty of tools and punches I've collected over the years. I can draw and create images that I convert to svg files that I can then cut with the cricut or by hand.

Any way I've been following this amazing blogger Darnell and she has introduced me to Freshly Made Sketches #45.

So I will be entering this fishy card. It's funny how after you look at your card on line you notice things that you didn't see before. This looks like it needs another zig-zag or 2. That's easy enough to do. But I'm tired now and just want to complete this post. so just imagine it has some more zig-zags.  This still has all 3 colors...see the little lime sea weed.

I'm  new to entering more then one challenge so I hope I get it straight and remember to follow up.
