WOYWW 203

WOW It's Wednesday already! Not to late to play...check it out here. Julia's the hostess and I wonder what she will do with that duct tape???
There are over 100 post at 9 AM. So I'll keep it short.

A shows a few images I'm playing with...I cut the bicycle with pink card stock stuck to a
sheet of foam that I ran through the Xyron. Cool lots of dimension with out
trying to glue the tiny pieces together.

I'm attempting to organize my completed & packaged cards.

I bought this black wooden thingy with a draw at a thrift store yesterday for $4.00.
What I have in mind is to offer this as a display possibility for the next gift shop
that will sell my cards.

I  messed up on this hydrangea card. Tried to salvage it by distressing it with ink and rips, but it is disappointing to work on an idea and have it go in a different direction.

Okay I've taken 45 minutes to complete this, so I better ski-daddle over to the Stamping Ground and get it posted. Then the fun begins....snooping at all the crafting desks I have time for.  I showed you mine...
Be well ~Carole

  5. Hi Carole, thanks for visiting my desk earlier - loving the images and your hydrangea card looks lovely! You asked which die cutting machine gets the most use from me? The Grand Calibiur by far, I use it almost every time I craft; the cuttlebug comes out for the Tim Holz dies and I rarely use the little Cricut :( Carole Z X #56

  12. The card is stunning even though you had a tough time with it. Time for me to pull out my bicycle and die, Chic and Savvy is having a 10% off sale till end of month and you find the coolest storage containers ever. After your last thrift store outing, I trekked to mine (several of them) and left empty handed, so I'm still looking and trying to use what I have around here. Craft room is still not put back together and still have a lot more throwing away.

  16. I'm not sure what is messed up on your stunning hydrangea card, Carole. That's a great display for your cards and good idea to present it to your next shop since the display can be a concern for shop owners. Lovely to see your desk and your area!

Also wanted to tell you that you were a total enabler wrt Chic and Savy Crafters! Don't tell anyone, but I broke my promise to myself about not ordering more stuff and I got a bunch of new MB dies. You were so right, the serious is AMAZING!!

Thank you for coming by to visit me, as always! Have a wonderful week! Darnell #52
