This is the card that came to mind when I saw this challenge. Black and white plus one other color of choice.
Cahoots |
I've lived the black and white life...I was a bartender {there's no gender in tender} or cocktail waitress for over 20 years and I always wore black and white. Starting as a cocktail waitress I wore high heels with fishnet stockings, a leotard, a cutaway tuxedo jacket with tails, formal pleated white shirt, cumber band and bow-tie. The neighborhood kids thought I worked for a magician. Too funny. I worked in an entertainment lounge called "Cahoots". A very posh place in the late 70's featuring disco dancing, a headline show, and more dancing. Located in King of Prussia, PA it drew people from all over. Country girl in the middle of things, in Cahoots. I do digress. Black and white plus what? I had bow ties in pink, blue, teal, red and sequins with matching suspenders.
Up next is a tiny gnome and mushroom I fashioned using some air dry clay I bought for the grand kids. He looks stoned but hip and cool, kind of cute. They're both smaller than an altoids tin.

Your card is perfect with your back story, Carole, which I enjoyed! I'm in awe of your little claymations. That's talent!!
ReplyDeleteI adore the clay gnome & mushroom. Are you giving it to the grands? While I'm 'here,' I'd like to agree with ^Darnell's comments the other day as they pertain to your talent and originality. You are talented beyond your knowing - so there!
